Lite-Bright is very fine flat Mylar flash chopped and blended with fine filaments of clear nylon to hold it together and provide loft.  Normally it is distributed inside a dubbing loop and applied like a long knap chenille, then picked out to give it a hairy appearance.  Lite-Brite dubbing reflects light in all directions and is nearly a supple as marabou or fin fur.
